Welcome to my little corner of the Web.

My name is Rex and I am currently involved in several projects.

First, let me introduce myself.

I am an IT professional, video gamer, spirituality enthusiast, psychedelic assisted guide, and a newbie mycologist.

My PAG practice: Psychedelic Assisted Guidance – The practice of facilitating psychedelic experiences using set and setting as a way to comfort and engage personal inquiry and growth. I primarily use psilocybin which I grow myself. I know that the medicine is of a high quality and treated with the respect it deserves.

My mycology practice: I have been growing psilocybin mushrooms for almost 2 years now. I have a homemade lab with a flow hood and a 10’X10′ grow tent in my basement. I keep everything clean and contaminant free. I currently cultivate 5 subspecies of mushrooms, APE (Albino Penis Envy), Zilla, Cherokee, Golden Teachers, and Ecuador’s. As the practice grows, I will be swapping out different genetics for testing.

My spiritual practice: I currently participate in a wonderful Yoga community which has helped guide my way of thinking. I would consider myself to be a Hindu who follows the teachings of Lord Buddha. Buddhism has always aligned with the beliefs I have cultivated over time. I am also a practitioner of self-inquiry. Byron Katie has done tremendous work in the field of inquiry. Her easy to follow lessons and techniques to question your own thoughts have been life changing. I just wish more people knew about them. One of my goals is to help teach these methods of inquiry through my PAG practice.

I am open to many different forms of thinking, and love hearing what other people have to say. I am a problem solver, introvert, and very intuitive.

Born and raised in Southern California, but spent the majority of my life in Colorado. Currently I reside in Longmont.
